This position will collaborate with the North America Commercial Organization instilling a holistic, business-based sourcing plan in the areas of market research, creative anddigital services. Responsible for sharing the sourcing approach tocategory strategy development and execution, best practices, negotiation, and spend analysis to provide value and reduce total costs. The mainresponsibilities are to provide Sourcing expertise andsupport to the Agency segment of our Commercial DME (Direct Marketing Expense) spend.Partner with the North America Commercial Organization to define business requirements and identify opportunities, capabilities and agencies providing Allergan with a competitive advantage.Work directly with our agencies, consultants, and suppliers outliningpartnership expectations;contract and scope of work negotiations, compliance and performance to ensure maximum value of ourinvestment.Lead formalizedRFP Process fordigital and market research opportunities, negotiate scopes of work andcontracts. Manage relationships with agency partners.Access and utilize all relevant intelligence gathering tools to stay current on market factors impacting future models and strategies. Monitor the competitivelandscape to keep abreast of emerging trends, supply/demand, industry changes and their overall impact to current and anticipated spend. Advise key stakeholders of factors impacting current and/or future strategies and cost implications.Inform sourcing strategy via spend analysis & identify opportunities that will contribute to the savings target.Ongoing tracking andreporting of savings. Minimum Requirements: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related area required; MBA a plus. Minimum 7 years progressive business experience; Experience in client-side marketing sourcing or equivalent; Experience in advertising/media or at an agency, ideally in a sourcing function   Proven relationship management, communications, analytics and project management expertise Ability to explain, implement and manage Procurement policies within a regulated environment    Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies Demonstrated knowledge of agency operations, and preferably, experienceworking with advertising agencies and market research suppliers. Proven sourcing skills and expertise. Strong contract negotiation and contract drafting/review skills. Knowledge of best demonstrated practices in structuring agency contracts. Awareness of client-agency and media/advertising legal environments. Ability to lead teams in holistic business-based situation analysis, solution generation and action steps. Accomplished managerial and leadership capabilities. Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management, with exceptional communication and presentation skills. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
