Manager, Content Marketing

We are currently seeking a Manager, Content Marketing to be based at our worldwide headquarters in Madison, NJ. As the Manager of Content Marketing you will be a mission-critical part of our efforts to create and deliver engaging, on-brand content for Century 21 Real Estate consumers, staff and franchise system members.  You'll be responsible for creating, editing and distributing content across various media types with unique objectives. This role requires a proactive thinker with an editorial mindset who can creatively solve for the challenges of the internal content team.   Key Responsibilities: At Century 21 you will take action and be accountable #OWNIT   Tell the compelling narrative of Century 21 Real Estate through well-crafted content that tells a story. Create and develop short and long-form content for use across channels in a variety of formats and vehicles. Manage the production of content to nurture our community of C21 real estate brokers, agents, and consumers. Continuously assess, develop and streamline the content strategy to ensure alignment with brand goals Develop and maintain an editorial content calendar to meet business objectives, ensure deadlines are met Develop, edit and execute content in a timely and consistent manner Monthly data analysis and tracking of content to better inform the direction of the strategy Collaborate across function and teams to deliver effectively on the brand strategy Instrumental in the brand's social mediacampaigns and initiatives Develop programs and initiatives that educate and inspire users to engage with our platform; define associated KPIs, benchmarks, and targets. Drive optimization, test different strategies, and deliver incremental improvements. Tailor engaging messages to our audiences, marketing channels, and media types, while developing assets that are engaging and meaningful to readers     Desired Experience: At Century 21 we #DREAMBIGMOVEFAST   5+ years of content marketing experience, social media management or related field. Agency work experience a plus. Strong writing background for various channels that includes but is not limited to - blogging, short/long-form content and video scripts. A demonstrated track record of setting, meeting, and exceeding performance KPIs & goals. Conversant in media measurement and analytics. Experience working with data and applying learnings to progress the strategy Project management skills, understanding of how to manage priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment with a focus on delivery of results in the form of engagement Ability to handle high volumes of content Experience distilling seemingly complex information into clear, concise explanations. Knowledge of different content planning and creation processes, knowing how and when to best apply them Management of external vendor resources Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator desired but not required 2013BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
