Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience with online retail/digital merchandising in mid-large business environment with demonstrated growth and responsibility managing ecommerce sites. Experience with Reporting development and Analytics software is essential for success in this role.   Key Responsibilities: In partnership with Climb's Head of Marketing as well as the  Product Development team, the Senior Manager will author and execute a site strategy based on the analysis of current and incoming product/services pipeline, learnings, and competitive research.   Determine merchandising approach (presentation) for each product and service category Partner with existing and potential Preferred Alliance partners to optimize the sale of products and services (merchandising logic, promotions, base sorting logic) Manage the development and deployment schedule (change management process) for enhancements to the product & services catalog Manage and execute the co-ordination of multi-media content for marketing, education/learning and support teams Schedule and facilitate User Experience feedback discussions related to site improvements (navigation, product photography, copy and marketing) Recommend changes to the product and services mix Deploy and measure a range of tactical initiatives to launch new products & services and  improve sales, product adoption and engagement (Featured product(s), Product/Services trends, Product features & benefits 'highlights') Review sales performance on a monthly basis and communicate product availability and financial performance reports Communicate effectively, work well with others, use productive work methods, exercise sound judgment and display initiative on the job Qualifications:   Degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field preferred 3-5 years eCommerce site merchandisingexperience Highly computer literate, preferably with knowledge of website systems and analytics platforms/reporting tools (Google Analytics, Omniture) Expert-level Excel skills Experience with web technology platforms/working with a content management system (CMS) Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills Capable of managing multiple tasks, working to deadlines A positive attitude is a must

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
