National Executive Vice President of Operations

NRT   NRT has been the nation's largest residential brokerage firm for 21 consecutive years, with NRT's Coldwell Banker operations (CB/NRT) generating two-thirds of Realogy's revenue. CB/NRT offices comprise 45,000+ residential real estate agents in approximately 700 locations across the nation. Every year, CB/NRT agents advise hundreds of thousands of clients on more than $150 billion in U.S. transaction volume generating approximately $4 billion in revenue. In addition to our core CB/NRT brokerage business, we operate adjacent and supportive businesses, many of which are among the largest of their kind in the nation:  vacation rental, property management, REO (bank-owned) asset management, new real estate development on-site sales advisory, and property and casualty insurance agency operations. More than 20 years ago, our company created the largest ever brokerage firm, gaining never-before-seen scale through hundreds of acquisitions and successful integrations.  We intend to redefine our industry once again by leveraging analytics across our massive data scale, application of robotic process automation, new technology innovation, and world class execution to create groundbreaking differentiated advantages.   Role & Responsibilities   This role will work alongside the ambitious new CB/NRT CEO to execute on our vision, put practices in place to leverage our scale, optimize our operations, and lead a team of talented and performance-driven professionals. This role will have direct oversight for more than 1,000 employees across several operations and functions as well as significant and diverse P&L responsibility and considerable exposure to and partnership with Realogy's talented and largely new executive leadership team. Therefore, we seek an execution-oriented leader with extensive experience converting ambitious strategic imperatives into impressive results.  The ideal candidate will have experience leading through tremendous growth and transformation, resulting in the capture of new revenue opportunities and creation of operating efficiencies. This role will have direct responsibilities including those listed below and additional opportunities as they emerge: Field Marketing - managing hundreds of employees across the nation assisting agents in marketing residential real estate listings, designing agents' go-to-market strategies, and executing sophisticated lead generation campaigns on behalf of the company Product Development and Product Management - this work includes products utilized by consumers, real estate agents and those who support agents to make their work more efficient, productive, and delightful; with success largely dependent upon clarity of product strategy and product development process improvements Advanced Analytics -  leveraging a growing team of data specialists to drive decisions that impact billions of dollars of commissions, marketing, and location/facilities investments Agent Learning - dedicated to the training and education of licensed real estate agents and managers, focused on skill-building, business growth, and technical learning Centralized Processing - commissions processing, billing and accounts receivable for our 45,000+ sales associates; with success largely dependent upon process optimization, automation, and roboticization Company-Generated Business Group - driving, tracking, and managing new business opportunities for agents with online customer attraction, corporate relocations, and the industry's preeminent affinity groups Property Management - Property Frameworks, the nation's leading single family residential property management, REO asset management, and vacation rental property manager Castle Edge Insurance Agency - a property and casualty insurance agency working with more than a dozen underwriters and writing policies in most of the country National Programs - key relationships with industry leaders such as American Home Shield and Home Partners of America Independent Contractor Relations - supporting our 45,000+ independent sales associates across the nation with various licensing, compliance, and benefits needs Strategic Projects - crucial projects derived from our Realogy-wide strategic imperatives that range from pilots of never-before-attempted lead generation and product concepts to delivery on highly complex process and user experience improvements 2226BR

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
