Application Manager

Responsibilities:   Lead a software team responsible for using CI/CD and Agile techniques to manage enterprise-scale transaction management and brokerage operating systems. Projects will involve collaborating withinternal IT groups (Infosec, Infrastructure, Enterprise Analytics etc.) and external partners. Manage software products to a product roadmap while working closely with Product Owners/Managers. Manage risks and dependencies to ensure software releases are on schedule and within budget. Review and evaluate the work of the staff and provide input to periodic performance reports. Ensure compliance with the established project management methodologies, policies, procedures and best practices (by the PMO group). Conduct interviews, hire, and train new technical support/IT staff Provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget   Qualifications:   Minimum of a Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science or related field 5+  years software engineering experience in a fast-paced, progressive technology organization 2+ years of experience leading software delivery for agile teams Experience with modern software engineering techniques such as Angular, Nodejs, and RESTful APIs Experience with Microsoft Azure Platform and Azure Containers aka Azure Kubernetes Service Experience in project management, allocating resources and managing schedules and budgets Possess strong communication, presentation, organizational, facilitation skills. Strong Knowledge of IT Processes and Development Life Cycle Experience leading in cross-functional organization and multiple programs/projects simultaneously. Experience managing web-based and client-server applications in a Microsoft development environment. Solid working knowledge in all required software and programming languages  2454BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
