Product Manager, Leads Management

We are building digital products to serve our brands, brokers, agents and consumers. As a Product Manager, you will work to build the next generation of campaign and leads management products that allow our customers to more effectively close deals. You will work across technical functions and product teams to prioritize building, integrating and maintaining products in order to differentiate campaign and leads management features that are essential to Realogy's ability to serve agents. You'll work as part of a nimble team, contributing to large-scale initiatives that impact multiple product lines and teams across the organization. You'll work closely with Realogy's technical team - Architects, Developers, Quality Assurance, Business Analysts and work with stakeholders from Realogy Strategy, Brand Marketing, Brand Operations and Product Management. You should be comfortable breaking down and solving complex problems. You should be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner; this includes being comfortable engaging with executives and other key stakeholders to build consensus, define an approach and rationale for prioritization, and communicate project status, findings, and escalations on a regular basis.   What you'll do: Provide leadership and oversight for projects impacting the campaign and leads management platform o Develop, prioritize and groom features (Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria's) o Help shape the vision and product roadmap for campaign and lead management products o Partner with brands to develop and deploy go to market strategies o Be an integral part of scrum product development team What you need to succeed: o 3+ years' experience in product management roles building and launching successful software products in an agile environment. M.B.A. or B.S./B.A. are a plus. o Strong technical background, either from academic, engineering, or hands-on product development experience o Proven experience in eliciting requirements, creating user stories, test cases, and wireframes o Experienced in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools. o Ability to document systems design, create specifications, flow charts, and other related diagrams based on needs. o Ability to lead by influencing others, without the need to project formal authority, especially in cross-functional and executive settings o Well versed in defining roadmaps and collaborating with teams that employ agile/scrum software development methodologies o Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience managing resources across different functions of an organization o Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations o Experience in working with multiple vendors and offshore teams o Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall Processes as well as SDLC processes o Product Manager Certification Preferred 1636BR

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
