We are TEAM ERA.  You Will Be Responsible For:   Manage PR agency budgets and allocate other resources in support of brand objectives.  Write and manage content and distribution of all news releases or other external messaging and program collateral as needed.  Define qualitative and quantitative goals and objectives for the function.  Direct and coordinate efforts with colleagues in other parts of the organization to drive greater than fair share of media coverage for ERA franchise members, brand leadership and brand initiatives. Work directly with leadership to ensure flawless execution of all executive corporate communications including, letters, presentation and video scripts, media alerts and news releases. Operate in a seamless, integrated manner with cross-functional corporate teams including (marketing, advertising, social media, brand communications, events and awards, franchise sales, franchise services, international operations, learning, etc.) to meet their objectives for program promotion. Build strong, positive relationships with the operations and servicing teams to earn brand coverage at the local level in support of franchise openings, professional recognition, Easter Seals events etc. Own and manage brand corporate social responsibility relationship. Social Media:  set strategy, monitor and report on effectiveness in driving brand awareness Present PR and communications best practices to the ERA network Manage brand's email platform, utilize tool to create executive and confidential campaigns, and provide oversight into all brand marketing communications and campaigns. Preparing brand spokespeople for media interviews with national, regional and local media outlets.  Provide added-value to ERA Affiliates by creating strategy and delivering information (e.g., ExploreERA.com & OwningtheFence.com) that empower ERA sales professionals to fully leverage the power of publicity to promote their personal brand and expertise through earned media in their local markets.   We Need You to Have:     Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or related field required 7-10 years' experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications with emphasis on speech writing Experience in developing PR of marketing, and advertising campaigns including social media Must have management experience Project management skills Experience in leading cross functional teams, monitoring results and making modifications as needed Agency management experience a must Superior writing skills a must Proficient in WordPress or similar blogging platforms Familiar with digital marketing strategies and content strategies, such as SEO Ability to work with executive management Experience managing large budgets a plus Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines Real estate or franchise experience a plus Ability to leverage industry news and trends as content for compelling messages  2179BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
