Director, Franchise Transitions

Job description The Director, Franchise Transitions will be responsible for directing processes and activities related to onboarding new franchisees for The Corcoran Group as well as new ownership for existing Franchisees and other support, such as start-up, conversions, acquisitions, mergers, assignments, pipeline assignments, and renewals.   As the primary contact for new affiliates once the affiliate has completed the first phase of the onboarding process, the Director, Franchise Transitions will be responsible for delivering ongoing support to the affiliate through the first twelve months of their franchise agreement. Key Responsibilities: Lead the complete onboarding program for conversions or M&A's depending on need. Deliver Phase One, Session Three post opening learning sessions - live or web-ex. Develop content and administer Phase Two for both Owner/Broker/Managers and Sales Associates. Provide ongoing support for all new affiliate's during year one. Work closely with the Brand Ambassador & Servicing team to effectively acclimate the affiliate to the brand. Coordinate efforts with appropriate staff members to introduce new programs and trouble shoot issues the new affiliate may encounter. Manage monthly contacts with each new affiliate from month 2 through 12 and document the communications in the CRM system. Deliver monthly web-ex workshops for both new Owner/Broker/Managers and Sales Associates. Lead out compete onboarding program for conversions as needed. Minimum Qualifications:    BS/BA degree preferred  Minimum 5-7 years' experience working in a sales, consulting or related environment  Real estate or franchise experience preferred  Must be capable of fully understanding and articulating the brand value proposition  A keen knowledge of the real estate industry and/or real estate brokerage practices preferred  Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent presentations live/in person or online  Highly detail oriented with particular emphasis on process, planning and communication.  Superior time management and organizational skills required  Familiarity with franchise orientation processes preferred  Ability to interact with equal effectiveness with all levels of the organization both internally and externally  Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to travel as necessary and required - 50 - 60% travel is expected

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
