Senior Sourcing Manager

Job description   The Realogy Procurement Center of Excellence (PCoE) works in close partnership with the business units (BUs) and brands within Realogy and supports functions to identify and execute opportunities to manage expenses through strategic sourcing, demand management, process reengineering, & supplier management. IT Sourcing is part of the PCoE and it partners with the BUs to identify best practice solutions that will manage global costs and processes surrounding the acquisition of all IT related goods and services.  Job Summary: The IT Sourcing Manager in this role will perform the following responsibilities: o Manage/Identify a pipeline of sourcing projects and their related services with focus on cloud services/software, hardware, managed services, and/or professional services; o Support to marketing, business, and technology stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies that optimize total cost of ownership, improve supplier performance, and reduce risk within the category focus on marketing technologies ; o Create competitive opportunities within the marketplace by leveraging various resources (e.g. benchmarking/advisory companies, professional associations) and using RFIs, and/or RFPs; o Lead rigorous analysis of spend data (should-cost modeling, cost benefit analysis, total cost of ownership) and industry dynamics (supply, demand, competition) to identify savings opportunities and prioritize procurement initiatives; o Develop and deliver presentations on the opportunities, best practices, and issues for alignment and management approval; o Support special projects such as niche technology purchases, client facing requirements and ad-hoc needs: negotiate NDAs, trial agreements, master agreements, amendments, addendums and maintenance renewals with vendors for different software licensing and delivery models (e.g. on-premise vs cloud, perpetual vs term); o Act as the liaison across all process stakeholders including Business, Finance, Legal, and InfoSec; o Monitor supplier performance and manage ongoing supplier relationships, including conformity to contract performance, resolution of payment disputes and activity related to critical dates (extensions, renewals, price adjustments, etc.); o Prepare supporting documentation for sourcing projects- Comply with, and complete in a timely manner all due diligence and approval tasks required in conjunction with Technology to enable contract execution; o Track financial performance of each spend subcategory and define budgetary impacts including actuals, budgeted, and unbudgeted savings o Prepare purchase order requests where applicable; o Act as an advocate and a trusted advisor to business and technology colleagues; and o Identify continuous process improvements and maintain an awareness of latest buying techniques, tools, trends, relevant regulations, and market competitiveness information Criteria for Successful Candidate Attributes/Skills o Strong sense of ownership and responsibility o Approaches change with a positive attitude o Willingness to make decisions, while ensuring buy in from stakeholders o Highly analytical o Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge o Ability to analyze complex concepts and report back in simple terms o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act independently o Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure decisions are well thought out and can be executed from an operations perspective The successful candidate will work in the PCoE reporting to the Director of IT Sourcing & Supplier Management and should have demonstrated knowledge/experience of the following: o Sourcing- Negotiation skills and Strategies o Creation and Evaluation of RFIs, RFPs and eAuctions o Contract Analysis and Drafting- Specific experience within Sourcing and/or IT within infrastructure, including cloud (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS) and/or marketing technologies o Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products to facilitate preparation and delivery of management presentations (PowerPoint) and perform data analysis (Excel) o Ability to manage a complex workload o Attention to detail o Bachelor's degree required o Software licensing or IT background- Minimum 7 years of experience 803BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
