Talent Acquisition Partner

Job description:

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to be based at our worldwide headquarters in Madison, NJ. The Talent Acquisition Partner identifies and executes innovative recruitment solutions for attracting and retaining talent in alignment with our business objectives and Employee Value Proposition. In this role responsibilities will include all aspects of recruitment including: sourcing, interviewing, offer, and on boarding. There will be a need to understand the company and business model which incorporates our value proposition in services related to the real estate industry. Acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the business; and leveraging partnerships with the HR business partners and key business leaders to drive for results. The ability to oversee recruitment vendor partnerships ensuring strong and reliable performance as well as scalable, effective, and efficient Talent Acquisition solutions is critical.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the successful delivery of talent acquisition activities, by understanding the business needs and establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers
  • Provides day-to-day oversight of the life-cycle recruiting function.
  • Partners with HR business partner and clients to create staffing methodologies and systems needed to execute achieve current and future business needs.
  • Develops strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and manages vendor/contractor recruiting partnerships ensuring key performance indicators are achieved and delivers successful outcomes and intended results.
  • Identifies and leads continuous improvement initiatives, develops policies/SOPs, efficient workflows, and drives technology utilization.
  • Responsible for candidate experience ensuring smooth transition and high level touch for both new employee and hiring manager.
  • Responsible for measuring and reporting the success of recruitment initiatives, including performance metrics, applicant tracking, and data integrity.
  • Creates unique talent acquisition strategies information flow regarding business needs and objectives to ensure pipeline of talent pool is robust; drives staffing and alternative sourcing strategies including active and passive sourcing the utilization of social media, and optimization of online presence.
  • Partner with the leaders to understand business needs to ensure recruitment strategies are consistent and cost effective while leading to effective time to fill results.
  • Educate and coach hiring managers on interview techniques
  • Act as the subject matter expert in talent acquisition and educate internal team members on best practices in sourcing, legal requirements, interviewing skills and other related topics.
  • Create and maintain interview guides and best methods.
  • Designs innovative and creative recruitment programs and hiring initiatives.
  • Remains knowledgeable about innovations and best practices in the HR sourcing and recruitment space and appropriately incorporates this knowledge in day-to-day operations
  • Ensures that recruitment files are complete in accordance with compliance standards, which include completion of evaluations, applicant tracking, and appropriate documentation.
  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience in human resources
  • 5 years recruitment in corporate sector required; emphasis in technology recruitment
  • Demonstrates Talent Acquisition expertise and quickly adapts strategy to meet dynamic needs of the business
  • Proven project management skills, including reporting, relationship building and presentation skills
  • Understanding recruitment function and processes, including interdependencies
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Must have strong consultative and influencing ability
  • Strategic and creative thinking
  • Strong judgment and decision making skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
  • Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Third party vendor management experience
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Collaboration and team work skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
