HRIS Analyst

Job description:

We are currently looking for a HRIS Analystto work out of our Corporate Headquarters in Madison, NJ.
Summary:
Reporting directly to the Vice President, HRIS, this individual will act as liaison between HR/Business units and IT to provide systems support and analysis while leveraging technology solutions to meet the needs of HR and all users of Realogy HR information systems. Maintains the HR information systems, analyzes business needs, develops business requirements and works with IT, vendors etc. in documenting system specifications, testing, and implementation of solutions.
Work with all levels of HR/Business units in assessing processes and assist in identifying/analyzing options for improvement. Recommends business process enhancements and performs tests to ensure that systems support processes appropriately and work according to established requirements. Creates standard reports based on established needs as well as responds to ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities(include the following but are not limited to):

  • HR Systems:Participate in the design, build, testing and maintenance of multiple HRIS systems such as Oracle, SuccessFactors etc. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex user and systems issues including data errors, security, process and integration issues. Serve as an escalation point for system issues reported by users. Ensure that system functionality meet the users needs and evaluate requests for changes while analyzing system impact. Support the implementation of upgrades and enhancements as released for SaaS solutions.
  • LMS System Administrator:Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing administration and application support for the Learning Management System (Oracle Taleo Learn) including creation of learning plans, user groups, email configuration and reporting etc. Serve as LMS expert in the areas of user, learning, content and overall system management.
  • Data Integrity:Partner with HR globally to troubleshoot and ensure continuous data integrity. Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and business information across all HR systems through periodic reviews and audits. Maintain documentation of processes, auditing protocols, reports and analyses up-to-date. Facilitate mass uploads when possible.
  • Reporting & Analytics:Provide HR reports and analytics to facilitate effective decision making, both regularly-scheduled and ad-hoc. Contribute to the development and testing of standard reports and support creation of dashboards/scorecards etc. for HR and senior leadership.
  • Project Management:Actively participate in all project phases including requirements gathering, design, testing and implementation in addition to successful completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Process Enhancements:Leverage business knowledge and systems expertise to drive process improvements with the Global HR Team. Participate in identifying and analyzing potential process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements/solutions.
  • Training & Communications:Create and update documentation and training/quick reference guides for system upgrades and modifications. Provide appropriate communications as upgrades and modifications occur.
  • Other:Maintain awareness of current/new trends in HRMS and continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge through training, user groups etc. Participates in special projects and handles other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of progressive HRIS experience required, including working with global HR Systems applications that support compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management (e. g., performance management, succession planning), learning management, payroll, time & attendance, interfaces and management reporting.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) system administration experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor s degree with major in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field/equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP HR systems strongly preferred (e. g. Workday, Oracle, SAP etc.)
  • Direct experience with 3rd party applications / SAAS strongly preferred (e. g. Success Factors, PeopleFluent/Authoria etc.)
  • Experience with Reporting & Analytics tools (e. g., Visier, EIS, Cognos, OBIEE etc.) preferred.
  • Expert Excel skills with strong proficiency in MS Office applications - Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Broad working knowledge of all aspects of HR functions and business processes.
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Must be a team player and have ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to analyze complex system issues and recommend resolutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and exercise discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
