Transaction Team Lead

NRT is actively seeking a Transaction Team Lead. The Transaction Team Lead is responsible for assisting in the supervision of the data entry and transaction processing. This individual will oversee the daily transactions to ensure accuracy, timely completion and the highest quality of customer service to our Sales Associates and customers. This position will offer agent support, hold weekly meetings with the leadership team in the field to address the support and needs of our clients and to answer any questions or concerns related to productivity. This candidate will be required to assist in additional projects based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership to support Transaction Supervisor to ensure all transactions are closed timely and accurately.
Responsible for assisting in creation of monthly department metrics and completion of reports within required timelines.
Responsible for continually updating training documentation.
Provide detailed audits for team transactions.
Provide leadership in a very high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
Assist in trouble-shooting with Sales Associates, Managers and VP's on difficult transactions and/or issues.
Provide training to the team.
Provide back-up during Supervisor absence.
Leading weekly Hot Topics meetings.
Provide additional projects and/or reporting as required
Preferred
Qualifications:
Outstanding communication and organization skills.
Technologically proficient in all areas including but not limited to: familiarity with various operating systems on PCs and ability to navigate computer software and hardware
Ability to learn and train new software programs on an as needed basis, skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, and Adobe programs such as Adobe Acrobat
Solid math, clerical, detailed oriented, speed and accuracy skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment as well as manage deadlines and time constraints.
High school diploma required. Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting or Finance a plus; or equivalent work experience
Ability to learn external and internal real estate related applications.
Excellent Customer Service and communication skills required (both written and oral).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
Real Estate/Mortgage industry experience a plus

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
