Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance and Lead Marketing Director with strong entrepreneurial spirit and a seasoned practice builder to lead Performance and Lead Marketing strategy, operations and Innovation for our Enterprise Marketing and digital transformation initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing, you will play a critical role driving adoption, growth and execution of performance marketing and lead generation Initiatives through a variety of Omni-channel B2C and B2B experiences, campaign initiatives and proofs of concept.
In this role, you will be key to the build out of the best in class performance and lead marketing practice.
Focused on developing a team of SME's that deliver well planned, measurable and optimizable campaigns rooted in a strong data foundation.
You will collaborate with your peers, teammates within the enterprise marketing team, as well as members from other functions across the organization to deliver on this focus.
To be successful in this role you will be a leader who is comfortable guiding and being hands on, and comfortable in a growth environment.
You are someone who is passionate about connecting brands with customers (B2C and B2B), generating leads and engagement as well as continuously optimizing campaigns and initiatives for success.
You believe strongly in the power of personalization, continuous learning and experimentation.
You will be comfortable guiding your team as they are designing and planning strategic campaigns and Initiatives across a variety of channels common in digital marketing, as well as opening up the boundaries of innovation and working on exciting POCs and pilot programs.
In addition to the core functions of performance and lead marketing, you shouldnt shy away from learning something new or stepping up to the next challenge.

Responsibilities:

Partner with practice leadership to drive the adoption and build out of the best in-class performance and lead marketing function that is focused on delivering measurable omni-channel experiences through multi-channel communication and campaigns (Display, Streaming Video, Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic Social, Owned Content Including site and email).

Lead and guide necessary functions related to planning and execution of multi-channel communication and campaigns (Display, Streaming Video, Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic Social, Owned Content Including site and email).

Leading requirements development, planning and forecasting related to campaign activities.

Campaign content management, campaign/communication activation.

Optimization strategy and measurement communication.

Innovation and proof of concept execution.

Manage and grow a team of cross functional SME's and delivery leads focused on full stack marketing/advertising initiatives that are measurable, addressable and connected.

Grow and maintain relationships with key partners across the organization including, lead generation team, Brand marketing teams, integrated services, vendors, partners, and affiliates.

Mentor, lead and grow team to expand professional capabilities and evolution as efficient functional leaders.

Identify areas for growth, optimization, and innovation across your team as well as internal, external opportunities for delivery and integration.

Ensure function delivers with operational excellence maintain/develop excellent delivery standards.

Lead and manage support agency relationships as needed.

Collaborate closely with the Leads Generation Team, Brand Teams, and the Internal Agency to ensure consumer engagement and growth initiatives are met.

Ensure all initiatives from planning to execution are measurable, useful and optimizable.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

10-12
years of relevant business experience in marketing, advertising, lead generation or related fields.

Deep knowledge across omni-channel / multi medium advertising Initiatives and campaigns including planning, execution, measurement and optimization.

Expert in paid advertising standard methodologies (PPC, Display, Paid Social, Digital TV) including planning and operation of programmatic initiatives.

Comfortable overseeing/developing the build out of media proforma and budgeting projects related to campaign planning and measurement.

Comfortable operating within an evolving Martech/Adtech stack including familiarity with developing and implementing connected /data driven campaigns using principles such as retargeting, look-a-like modeling, audience segmentation, DCO, multi-variate testing and other capabilities.

Experience leading omni-channel campaign integrations including website, email, app and other owned communication channels required.

Agency experience preferred.

years of management experience required, proven ability to lead groups of people with varying responsibilities across multiple functions.

Familiarity with Martech/Adtech tools such as DMPs, DSPs, DCO tools, Identity partners such as Live Ramp/Acxiom highly preferred.

Familiar with developing highly personalized campaigns/marketing Initiatives.

Comfortable with A/B and multi-variate test strategy.

Familiarity marketing automation stacks and CRM's like (Hubspot, Salesforce, Adobe.

Strong communicator demonstrated ability to communicate strategic Ideas and practical activation plans rooted in strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
